Most Reverend Joseph W. Estabrook, D.D., Auxiliary Bishop of Archdiocese of the Military Services, shakes hands with Col. James L. His intent is to better the partnership of the Roman Catholic churches. He also wants to push youth programs in the region.

CAMP H.M. SMITH, Hawaii -- Most Reverend Joseph W. Estabrook, D.D., Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese for the Military Services, offers Lt. Col. Andrew Regan communion during Roman Catholic mass, Feb. 15 in the chapel here. The bishop met with chaplains and some commanders from each service to hear service members' concerns before beginning a Pacific-region tour.
