Data reflected in these tables are from individual P&As.  The DD Act directs P&As to spend funds on initiatives/activities recommended by people with developmental disabilities, family members and advocates.  The law does not require P&As to engage in activities in each area of emphasis, thus the data reflects what people in a state consider important. Selected measures are in the categories of: Age of Individual clients, Clients' Living Arrangements, Intervention Strategies Used in Serving Individuals, Outcome Measures and Number of Individual Clients Served.
