OCTOBER

Hey there! This year seems to be flying past. I am keeping extremely busy and enjoying my free time. My best friend, 3/c Carin Sweeney, just moved up from South Carolina to Massachusetts, about an hour away. We usually hang out at her house on the weekends and relax. I am so blessed to have an awesome friend nearby to spend time with away from the Academy.

I think I am settling into the school year pretty well. I’m getting used to my 6 classes, 3 labs, and 12 pm bedtime. Each week is a challenge waiting to be taken head on. I am working hard, and learning a lot in my classes. They are all interesting and relate to one another in some way.

I just finished my last practice for fall softball, it was fun getting to know the girls and work on basics. I have high hopes for the season and am excited for our trip out to Florida over spring break! That should be an awesome time playing different teams and relaxing on the beach in our free time.

One of my favorite advantages of being an upperclass is having a stereo. I like to blast music before drill and formations to pump people up. I live in a triple right at the end of the hallway, so people can see right into it, and our dance parties get a lot of laughs!

Anyway, below are a few pictures from my summer leave…I went skydiving!

Sincerely,
3/c Caitlin Cunningham
