Provides all programming and technical computer assistance to the Regional Office of Realty.  Computer assistance is also provided to the field stations in Huron and Aberdeen, South Dakota.  Provides computer support to several branches in Refuges.  Acquire and install computer equipment.   Maintain Realty's Local Area Network (LAN). Responsible for the maintenance and support of Regional as well in-house programming applications such as: 

            Regional Application

            RPMIS(Real Property Management Information System)
            Database of the land tracts acquired in our Region.
            Approximately 30,000 records.
            Produces year-end STAT (Report of Lands Under Control
            of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service)
            and MBCC (Migratory Bird Conservation Commission)
            reports.

            QMIS (Quarters Management Information System)
            Program that implements the rent rates for quarters.

            In-House Applications
           
            Land Database
            Produces the budget of obligations of Land Account
            monies for the current year's activity.

            Revenue Sharing
            Year-end reports to the Finance Center for payments
            to the counties in lieu of taxes

            Budget Tracking System (BTS)
            Used by Regional Office Programs and Field Stations
            to track budget allocation and expenses incurred
            during the fiscal year. 

            Budget Administration Program
            Used by the Budget and Administrative Staff to capture
            and reformat the Federal Financial
            System (FFS) payroll and Office Transaction Register data. 
            Generate same data to field stations with subsequent
            input to the BTS.

            Property Tracking System
            Track and account for computer hardware and software;
            account for personal property items used by property
            officers, as well as some field stations and regional office
            staff.
