Divisions |

MRPBS has several divisions which address a variety of employee and customer needs:
Administrative Services Division (ASD)
Providing service and support to MRP customers in the areas of Construction, Engineering, Energy Management, Graphic Design, Mail, Printing & Distribution, Procurement, Property, Realty and Recycling.
Employee Services Division (ESD)
Dedicated to providing the highest possible level of service to APHIS employees in: Facility Management; Safety, Health, and Employee Wellness; APHIS Security; Training & Employee Development ;Conflict Prevention & Resolution.
Financial Management Division (FMD)
Plans, provides leadership, and administers financial, and related management programs needed to meet requirements of programs and administrative activities within the MRP agencies.
Human Resources Division (HRD)
The mission HRD is to provide quality human resource programs in support of the missions of AMS, APHIS, and GIPSA: Develop, provide, and interpret HR policy and information; provide management advisory and consultative services; research and design HR programs and systems; evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs; administer operational HR services (classification services, employment services, benefits services, pay/leave administration services; personnel/payroll processing services).
Information Technology Division (ITD)
Provides information technology planning, design, application development, systems administration, telecommunications, security, and information management and customer support services for APHIS.
Investigative & Enforcement Services |

When IES investigators uncover apparent violations, they prepare case reports. If a case warrants prosecution, APHIS takes legal action, usually through an administrative law process.
