Ebenezer Hall

Enclosed building with electricity, central air conditioning and heat, kitchen area (bring your own pots, pans, utensils, etc.), microwave, refrigerator/freezer, restroom, tables and chairs. The facility has paved parking, a paved basketball area, large Barbeque grills, and children's playground. A large overhead-type door on the east end of the building can be opened for additional ventilation. The building is also within walking distance of the Ebenezer Park swim beach.

The building can accommodate approximately 75-100 people. This is a Day Use facility -overnight use is not allowed in the building; however, campsites are available in the park, including equestrian use campsites.   Ebenezer Hall must be reserved in advance thru the Sam Rayburn Project Office at 409-384-5716.
Cost for use of Ebenezer Hall is $100 per day, with a separate cleaning/security deposit of $200, which will be returned if the facility is cleaned and undamaged after use.

 



Mill Creek Park Group Shelter

Open Group Shelter seats up to 50 people, and features lighting, 20 amp electric outlets, tables, charcoal grills, paved parking, and a sand volleyball court, playground and restroom nearby.  The Mill Creek Group Shelter may be reserved up to 360 days in advance through Recreation.gov or by calling 1-877-444-6777.   Rental fee is $50 per day.


Twin Dikes Park Group Shelter

Open Group Shelter seats up to 20 people, and features lighting, 20 amp electricity, paved parking, charcoal grills, horseshoe pits and a restroom nearby. The Twin Dikes Group Shelter may be reserved up to 360 days in advance through Recreation.gov or by calling 1-877-444-6777.   Rental fee is $30 per day.

 

San Augustine Park Group Shelter

Open Group Shelter seats up to 50 people, and features lighting, 20 amp electricity, paved parking and charcoal grills and restroom nearby. The San Augustine Group Shelter may be reserved up to 360 days in advance through Recreation.gov or by calling 1-877-444-6777.   Rental fee is $50 per day.

 

Hanks Creek Park Group Shelter

The Hanks Creek Group Shelter is OPEN, but is undergoing construction.  The existing Group Shelter is being incorporated into a new Group Camping Area with RV sites.  A completely new Group Shelter is planned for the new Day Use Area under construction. Completion of these facilities is expected in 2007-2008, depending on funding.
