Program
Goals
To support the DoDEA
Community Strategic Plan, the Research and Evaluation Branch will
enhance student learning by furnishing information for sound educational
decisions through program evaluation, research, and technical assistance.
To accomplish its
mission, the Research & Evaluation Branch provides:
Program Evaluation:
Formal evaluations of DoDEA programs to include needs assessments
and formative and summative evaluations.
Research and Innovative
Projects: Support for and initiation of classroom, school, district,
area and system level research projects.
Technical Assistance:
Specialized support for instrument construction and the processing,
analysis, and interpretation of data; and using results of research
and evaluation to improve student learning.
