As prescribed in 248.270, use the following clause:

 

PREPARATION OF VALUE ENGINEERING CHANGE PROPOSALS

(MAY 1994)

 

Prepare value engineering change proposals, for submission pursuant to the value engineering clause of this contract, in the format prescribed by the version of

MIL-STD-973 in effect on the date of contract award.
