Website Customer Feedback

In our efforts to deliver information to our site’s visitors, we have established this web based form to hear from you, our site customer, what your information requirements are, and how best can we present the needed information on our website.

The information collected here will be used solely by the US Army Corps of Engineers to determine how the websites must be altered to better serve the public interest. This information may also be reviewed by other government entities with oversight on the US Army Corps of Engineers’ activities, such as the Department of Army (DA), Department of Defense (DoD), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Congress as a basis for the justification for the changes on the websites.

Additional Information Collected: In addition to the information on this form, we will also be collecting the time it took to complete this form to calculate the burden hours in completing the form for reporting to higher Headquarters. Also see our Privacy and Security Notice on the use of this internet system.
