WELCOME! With headquarters in Mobile, Alabama, the Mobile District is a full-service Corps district, with "cradle to grave" project management as the standard business practice. Programs and Project Management Division is the District's primary customer interface, charged with integrating the work of other elements in the execution of civil, military, support for others, and environmental programs and projects within and outside the continental United States. Our organizational goal is to provide customers quality products within cost and schedule constraints. We are team oriented and customer focused. |

THE PROJECT MANAGER is the leader of a team composed of technical experts in planning, engineering, construction, real estate, and other disciplines as appropriate. He/she negotiates budgets and schedules on behalf of the customer and assures that projects are executed to the customer's expectation of cost, schedule, and quality. |

OUR CUSTOMERS include the Department of Defense, other Federal agencies, state and local municipalities, foreign governments, and non-profit agencies. |
