The Training Support Branch is the LDC’s forward-looking team supporting analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for the multitude of LDC course offerings impacting the Coast Guard’s officer, enlisted, and civilian workforces. The members of this Branch are involved with researching the latest performance-based training trends, incorporating proven ideas, developing curricula, and identifying emerging changes in leadership delivery programs. The branch also uses state-of-the-art evaluation programs to assess the success of LDC students in applying their new knowledge and skills on the job.
