Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP is a confidential counseling program for employees and
their immediate household members who may need help in resolving personal
problems. This service is strictly confidential and no one need know unless
the employee wishes to tell.
This program can help with family relationships, alcohol, drug,
work-related, legal and financial problems, child and elder care resources,
or any situation which is causing employees worry and stress. The program is
available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The program is cost free. The employer pays for the program. If additional
professional help is needed, the cost is the employee’s responsibility,
although health insurance plans may cover the costs.
The EAP program finds local counselors at offices that will be convenient to
the employee and family. The employee and family may contact the EAP at
800-799-9327 with questions or need for appointments. They also may be
contacted at
www.stueckerandassoc.com.
