The TGM editors accept proposals for new terms or changes to existing terms. If you are submitting a proposal for the first time, you may wish to contact us at: email: tgmed@loc.gov. Proposals may be submitted by email (attach completed form(s)) or fax: 202-707-6647.
Proposals are reviewed regularly, but it may take two to three months for proposals to be reflected in the online thesaurus.
