The Online Data Collection (OLDC) system is a convenient electronic method for submitting grant forms to HHS. Grant partners can use the Internet to manage grant information through OLDC.

The OLDC "E-xperience" is an interactive online tutorial intended to aid new and existing OLDC users. The tutorial contains text with accompanying audio, images taken directly from OLDC, and several audio/video demonstrations. The technology and process used may be repeated for other custom applications.
