Identifying the Role of Dietary Supplements in Brain Function

The ODS initiated and supported the participation of speakers in a workshop, Supplemental Nutrients and Brain Function, at the 16th International Congress on Nutrition, Montreal, Quebec, Canada on July 29, 1997. This poster workshop highlighted the most recent advances relating nutrient supplementation with cognitive function and psychological disorders. The presentations provided important information on new advances in this field.
