2001-2002 Data File Updates April Lab Lab 02 Hepatitis: Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBG) data were added. March, 2006 Exam Composite International Diagnostic Interview (Generalized Anxiety Disorder): The definition of the score variable CIQGSCOR has been corrected in the documentation. The algorithm to compute scores has been corrected in the appendix. Records for people in the sub-sample but not participating in CIDI have been added have been added to the file. Two observations have corrected values, and an additional twenty-three observations have data for previously missing values. Composite International Diagnostic Interview (Major Depression Module): The definition of the score variable CIQDSCOR has been corrected in the documentation. The algorithm to compute scores has been corrected in the appendix. Records for people in the sub-sample but not participating in CIDI have been added have been added to the file. Four observations have corrected values, and an additional thirty observations have data for previously missing values. Composite International Diagnostic (Interview Panic Disorder Module): The definition of the score variable CIQPSCOR has been corrected in the documentation. The algorithm to compute scores has been corrected in the appendix. Records for people in the sub-sample but not participating in CIDI have been added have been added to the file. Five observations have corrected values, and an additional fifteen observations have data for previously missing values. January, 2006 Lab Lab 06 Nutritional Biochemistries: The detection limit was variable for the cotinine analyte in this data set. Two variables are provided for cotinine. The variable named LBDCOTLC indicates whether the results were below the limit of detection. There are two values: “0” and “1”; “1” indicates that the result was below the limit of detection. The other variable named LBXCOT provides the analytic result for that analyte. In cases, where the result was below the limit of detection, the value for that variable is the detection limit divided by the square root of two. Lab 06 Urinary Iodine: The data was updated to include “eligible-but-not-done” sample persons. Phlebotomy: The file was updated to add the data for the fasting hours and minutes and the variable indicating the session in which the participant was examined. Lab 17 Toxoplasma: One derived variable (LBDTO1) was added to the file to replace the previously released variable LBXTO1. Since the upper detection limit of the assay is 240 all values greater than 240 were recoded to 240.
