PolarView Application
This option is experimental. The interface may be improved, and we need to insure that it works on different hardware systems. Please report any problems you experience.
A recent collaborative project between two students of the Ecole navale, France, led to the development of a viewer for VRML files on the Geowall (external link, not on USNA servers). PolarView can work either in conjunction with MICRODEM to create and then view 3D VRML files, or it can view VRML created with other programs.
Download the files needed to run PolarView with MICRODEM. These must be unzipped into a PolarView directory that resides in the same directory as the MICRODEM program.
