Defense Installation Spatial Data Infrastructure (DISDI) Portal

The DISDI Portal offers high-level geospatial data on DoD's installations, providing strategic maps of installations and information on how to access more detailed data. IVT data forms the foundation for the DISDI Portal, which is accessible to DoD staff with a common access card.

Facility Program Requirements Suite

Facility Program Requirements Suite (FPRS) allows analysts and other approved users access to the Facilities Assessment Database, the Facilities Sustainment/Modernization/Operation Models, the Future Year Defense Program, and the Annual Base Structure Report.

Compare A-76

COMPARE is the cost estimating software supporting competitions conducted under the provisions of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76, Performance of Commercial Activities. COMPARE is designed to assist analysts in developing, documenting, and comparing the relative cost of operating commercial activities by agency, public reimbursable, or private sector sources. COMPARE is mandatory for all federal agencies performing A-76 competitions under the OMB Circular A-76 competitive sourcing process.

FAIRNET

The Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act of 1998 (FAIR Act) requires that all Federal agencies prepare and submit an inventory of non-inherently governmental activities (also referred to as "commercial activities") to the OMB. The Department of Defense is also required to submit an inventory of inherently governmental (IG) activities to OMB. The FAIRNET web site was created to provide a mechanism for the public to query separately the DoD FAIR Act or the inherently governmental submissions.
