The Quality Assurance Program (QAP) and the Radiation Protection Program
(RPP) Plan information is supplied for those persons who have the responsibility
to provide the Office of Enforcement with the most recent
plans at their sites. If those persons find any discrepancies in the provided
information, please contact 301-903-0100 for information at the Office of the Docketing
Clerk.
The preferred format for submission of Program Plan updates is a Microsoft Word compatible format on Compact Disk (CD). Submittals should be sent to one of the following addresses:
