members of your family may qualify for.
- The online application lets you apply online for benefits and services
SRS offers.
The following benefits and services are included in the online application and self-assessment: Cash Assistance, Child Support, Child Care, Energy Assistance (LIEAP), Food Assistance, Medical Assistance, and Vocational Rehabilitation Services. If you would like to know more about these services click on the service name.

you give us on the self-assessment will not be shared with anyone else.
We do not keep this information. You do not have to fill out the self-assessment.
You can go directly to the application and apply for all of the services
you choose.

When you start filling out the online application and need to stop, you should protect your information from being seen by non-authorized persons by clicking on the Quit/Save button. This will allow you to come back and finish the application later. Also, if you are filling out the online application in a public location, do not leave the computer while you are filling out the form because your information could be seen by non-authorized persons.
The Self-Assessment and Online Application have been developed and tested using Internet Explorer. If you are using another browser you could experience problems with the display of web pages.
The Text Only Self-Assessment and Online Application have been developed and tested using JAWS 4.50.
