This site contains a profile of Taiwan's intelligence and security programs compiled as part of the Intelligence Resource Program of the Federation of American Scientists (FAS). This is a good introduction to the organization, Taiwanese armed forces, police agency, and investigation bureau. Because the site was last updated in 2000, however, the information is not quite up-to-date.

Contains US-China engagement, TMD issue, cross-strait talk, Special State-to-State, People's Liberation Army (PLA), Taiwan Security enhancement Act, Taiwan's presidential election. Offers a form to subscribe "Weekly report" and search engine to search all documents.
