Center for Chinese Studies  (http://ccs.ncl.edu.tw/)
With the extensive holdings of the National Central Library as a foundation, the Center has focused its efforts on acquiring Chinese studies research materials from around the world and providing research-related services to local and foreign Sinologists. The center collects Chinese studies research materials and crates a database of prominent Sinologists. The center also publishes Chinese studies works and periodicals, holds international academic conferences and participates in overseas book shows.

The Council for Cultural Affairs under the Executive Yuan (CCA) coordinates and guides the various ministries and councils of the Executive Yuan in cooperating to promote Taiwan national culture. Its web site provides various kinds of multimedia information about the arts and culture, as well as links to a lot of cultural and art groups and organizations.

The Humanistic Education Foundation  (http://hef.yam.org.tw/)
The Humanistic Education Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of human-centered education in Taiwan. The foundation promotes awareness of human-based education through a number of venues, including trainings for elementary teachers, summer camps for kids, resource centers, publications, and lobbying the government to reform Taiwanese education law.
