![]() Continue your journey north to Warm Springs Dam & Lake Sonoma near Healdsburg. Lake Sonoma’s rugged shoreline frames the 2,700 acre lake in the middle of premier wine country. The 109 boat-in campsites combine solitude with convenient access. Boating not your thing? A campground, picnic areas, swimming beach, visitor center and fish hatchery, and over 40 miles of hiking and equestrian trails offer something for every interest. The rolling hills and plain of the Dry Creek Valley give way to the mountains of Mendocino County about 120 miles north of San Francisco.
