Trails
Lake Greeson offers 30 miles of walking, nature, and cycling trails for public use. The Parker Creek Recreation Area allows you
to experience a little piece of history as you walk the Cinnabar Mine Nature Trail. Mining activities were booming in the area
during the late 1930’s and early 1940’s. The Cinnabar Mine is an interesting part of history for the area. If you would
rather see the land pass by a little faster, you would enjoy The Bear Creek Cycle Trail. The trail allows riders to view 20 miles
of breathtaking beauty that Lake Greeson has to offer. The journey takes the rider across rocky hills, through pine forests and
colorful hardwoods, which accent the shoreline.
