IOA Timeline

A chart using arrows to show the project timeline broken into three phases over a 12-month period. The chart displays Month 1 in the top left corner and Month 12 in the top right corner to represent a 12-month span horizontally across the slide. Phase 1 - Projects to be completed in approximately the first 100 days: The chart displays three arrows that are positioned horizontally in the first third of the chart (upper left corner) from approximately Month 1 through Month 4. Each arrow represents a goal to be completed in this timeframe. Arrow 1 – Develop Agreements. Arrow 2 – Incorporate DURSA & Other Work. Arrow 3 – Plan Pilots. Phase 2 - Projects to be completed in approximately the second 100 days: Chart displays two arrows that are positioned horizontally in the second third of the chart (middle of chart) from approximately Month 5 through Month 8. Each arrow represents a goal to be completed in this timeframe. Arrow 1 – Execute Agreements. Arrow 2 – Implement Pilots. Phase 3 - Final project to be completed in the last 60 days: Chart displays one arrow that is positioned horizontally in the last third of the chart (lower right corner) from approximately Month 9 through Month 12. This arrow represents the final goal for this timeframe. Arrow 1 – Document Results. A bright yellow star in the lower right corner of the slide under the 12-Month position represents the end goal: Publish Model Agreements Nationally.
