Issue Papers are proposals to directly impact DMMP policy or technical guidelines.  Issue Papers need agency head approval by all four DMMP agencies in order to be implemented.   No Issue Papers are being presented this year.

Clarification Papers are minor updates and tweaks to current DMMP guidelines that can be implemented by the program after public review, without agency head approval.

Status Papers are updates on ongoing work.  These papers are for information only.
