Researcher Cara Ebbeling of Harvard-affiliated Children’s Hospital Boston says teens got as many calories from fast food even if they were served the food in smaller portions spaced 15 minutes apart.

``We found that decreasing portions and slowing eating rate had no effect on how many calories the teens ate during the fast food meal.’’ (9 seconds)
