Kids, weight and TV


Researcher Sonia Miller of Harvard Medical School says more TV time indicated a worse diet pattern for the three-year-olds – and sets a pattern that could lead to health trouble later.

"Overall, greater TV viewing is associated with a lower diet quality, which may place individuals at risk for obesity and cardiovascular disease." (9 seconds)
