Directions to Proctor Lake

There is a lot to do at our lake! 
Visitors can enjoy camping, picnicking, swimming, boating, fishing, and horse trails (bring your own horse).   Our campgrounds, Promontory Park can easily be accessed off of State Highway 16 and FM 2318. Copperas Creek Park can easily be accessed off of State Highway 377/67 and FM 2861. Sowell Creek Park can easily be accessed off of State Highway 377/67 and FM 1476. Our Special Use Area also known as High Point Park can be accessed off of State Highway 377/67 and FM 1476 then by turning south on FM 1496. This park is home to hiking and horse trails. This area is available for special events with a permit from the Lake office.
