The Department of Commerce through its Procedures for the Development of Voluntary Product Standards Part 10, Title 15, of the Code of Federal Regulations , provides a mechanism for private-sector sponsors to develop standards in the public interest with significant domestic and international trade impact. The following documents provide information on the DOC VPS program:
