Title I school—A school designated under appropriate state and federal regulations as being high poverty and eligible for participation in programs authorized by Title I of Public Law 103-382.
Title I school-wide program—A program in which all the students in a school are designated under appropriate state and federal regulations as being eligible for participation in programs authorized by Title I of Public Law 103-382.
