Quality Assurance Program assessment reports for Pantex, Los Alamos, Nevada and
Livermore Site Offices. �These
assessments were conducted during November-December 2003, to meet the
requirements of Action 1.3.1 of the Quality Assurance Improvement Plan. �We have reviewed the assessment reports and
directed the Site Offices to take appropriate actions to resolve the issues identified
in a timely manner.
We consider Action 1.3.1 of the Quality
Assurance Improvement Plan to be complete. �If there are any questions regarding the
