Summary: This document presents a list of pesticide products that are prohibited from use in California schools and child care facilities in accordance with Education Code section 17610.1(a), effective July 1, 2008. Prohibited areas include the buildings or structures, playgrounds, athletic fields, vehicles, or any other area of property visited or used by children.
