Centers for Public Health Preparedness (CPHP) program
The Centers
The CPHP Program has participating Centers throughout the United States. Each Center is represented by a red dot in the map below, which can be clicked to link to each center’s individual CPHP website. For further clarification, the map is color-coded by HHS Region. The CPHP program has centers located in nine HHS Regions and partners with all twelve regions to complete CDC-approved program activities. All 50 states, plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and several U.S. territories are served in some capacity (with at least one CPHP activity) through the 27 CDC-funded Centers located within accredited Schools of Public Health.
