GROUP SHELTER USE GUIDELINES

  • Avalon Park
  • Hackberry Ridge
    • hackberry ridge pavilion
    • $120.00/day. 35' x 50' shelter will accommodate 100 people. 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. the same day, 2 day max. Available for reservation Apr 1 - Sept 30. Six 12 ft. picnic tables, 1 large open cooker, 3 small cookers, electricity, drinking water and restroom available, volleyball court, horse shoe pit and a large open space available for organized sports and games. Day use only. Camping is prohibited. Swimming is at own risk (designated beach nearby). Key may be picked up and dropped off at the park entrance building. A separate user fee of $3.00/day/boat is required for boat launching except for annual permit holders. Alcohol is prohibited by City of Wylie Ordinance


  • Little Avalon
    • Little Avalon Pavilion
  • $30.00/day or youth group work project. Projects must be scheduled two weeks in advance. Shelter is 20’ X 35” with three 12’ tables and will accommodate 50 people. Available 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following day, 14 day max. Available year round. 13 tent sites with ground cookers, 13 tables with canopies, restroom facilities, and drinking water in the area. No electricity is available. Not adjacent to the lake. From Apr 1 through Sept 30, the key may be picked up at Avalon Park entrance building. From Oct 1 through Mar 31, the key is to be picked up from the park entrance building at East Fork Park. Alcohol is prohibited by City of Wylie Ordinance.

  • East Fork Park
  • East Fork Pavilion
    • $130.00/day, 35' x 50' shelter. Shelter will accommodate 100 people. 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following day, 14 day max. Available for reservations year round. Six 12 ft picnic tables, 1 large cooker, 3 small cookers, electricity, drinking water and restrooms in the area, 6 camper hookups w/ electricity and water, volleyball court, and horseshoe pit. Volleyball and horse shoe equipment may be checked out from the gate attendant at no extra charge. Additional self contained campers may be set up in the parking area. Area is physically separated from the park area by a chain link fence and is adjacent to the lake. Swimming is at own risk (designated swimming area is nearby). Tent camping is allowed on the shoreline in the pavilion area only. No ground fires or trenching is allowed. Key may be picked up and dropped off at the park entrance building. A separate user fee of $3.00/day/boat is required for boat launching except for annual permit holders. East Fork Harbor Marina is located in the park. Alcohol is prohibited by City of Wylie Ordinance. Pavilion available for rental year round.

  • Clear Lake Park
    • Clearlake Pavilion
    • $100.00/day. 35' x 50' shelter will accommodate 100 people. 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following day, 14 day max. Available for reservation Apr 1 - Sept 30. Six 12ft. picnic tables, 1 large open cooker, 3 small cookers, electricity, drinking water and restroom available, volleyball court, horse shoe pit, and a large open space available for organized sports and games. Ten 12 ft. picnic tables, 1 large open cooker, 3 small cookers, electricity, drinking water, and restroom available, volleyball court, horse shoe pit, and a large open space available for organized sports and games. Area is physically separated from the park area by a chain link fence and is adjacent to the lake. Swimming is at own risk (no designated beach nearby).Tent camping is allowed on the shoreline.
