AGENCY POINT OF CONTACT/COORDINATION

Before users can gain access to the system they must be granted authority. The agency point of contact will establish who has access to view agency data or update and add records. This individual is responsible for:

  • coordinating the data collection exercise at the agency
     
  • establishing access to the system for the individuals who will have read or write authority to the agency’s data
  • The system administrator will establish system access for the agency point of contact.
