OCSE Network and CSENet 2000

Welcome

The Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) Network is a nationwide, state of the art telecommunication system that links states' Child Support Enforcement (CSE) agencies together for the effective processing of interstate cases.

CSENet 2000 is an application that resides on the OCSE Network. The application enables states and territories to communicate interstate child support information electronically in a standardized format.

A telecommunication system that transmits interstate child support information between state CSE systems.

CSENet 2000 Application
A software package that enables the exchange of interstate child support case information in a standardized format.

State Contact Information and Exchange Agreements (Map)
A listing of various contact information and exchange agreement status for each state.

Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Kids 1st Application
This application resides on the OCSE Network and enables states to send electronic wage-withholding orders to DFAS using a batch processing method.

Interstate Case Reconciliation (ICR) Application
This application resides on the OCSE Network and enables states to exchange caseloads in order to reconcile case information.

CSE/Courts Project
A pilot project sponsored by the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) and the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) to improve communications between state/local child support agencies and the court systems by the electronic exchange of information using XML.

Resource Library
A collection of documents, resource materials, and reports pertaining to the OCSE Network and its applications.

Information includes state contacts, CSENet 2000 technical representatives, and DFAS representatives.
