ACF-700 Submissions via Fax or Mail
Unless the tribe does not have Internet access, the Child Care Bureau prefers the Tribal Lead Agency to submit ACF-700 reports through the data entry and submission page on CCB's web site. This page contains a password-protected web-based form that checks the data for compliance with data standards at the time of submission. These built-in checking features make it easier for Tribal Lead Agencies to identify and correct errors. Use of the paperless Internet data entry site streamlines submission processing and improves data quality.For Tribal Lead Agencies that do not have Internet access, please mail or fax your completed ACF-700 form and Supplemental Narrative report to both the:
