UCLA Film and Television Archive Preservation Officer Robert Gitt working on the film THE NIGHT OF THE HUNTER (1955) directed by Charles Laughton.  Film was restored by the Archive in 2001.

The AMIA Access Committee supports moving image archivists to provide all reasonable and responsible forms of access to their collections. The Access Committee coordinates information and professional activities, establishes guidelines and standards, and acts in an advocacy role relating to issues to access.

The AMIA Access Committee contributes and reviews content for the Programming for Exhibition Portal through Education and Outreach Committee.
