The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (Board) wishes to congratulate you on your contributions to our country during your 33 years of service with the federal government. �Your efforts in moving the Y-12 National Security Complex forward during the last 6 years as Manager of the Y-12 Site Office have been particularly important. �As leader of the Y-12 Site Office you continued to increase the technical competence of federal personnel at Y-12, established sound federal safety oversight processes, and used those resources to guide Y-12 to improved safety management of nuclear operations while meeting mission needs. �Your efforts have rightly been recognized by National Nuclear Security Administration leadership and your peers across the weapons complex.
