The Pacific Ocean Division (POD) RIT provides centralized headquarters support to 4 districts in the Pacific region The Division designs and constructs facilities for the Army and Air Force in Alaska and Hawaii and for all Department of Defense agencies in Kwajalein Atoll. POD supports the U.S. Pacific Command through designing and constructing facilities for all U.S. Forces in Korea and Japan. The Division further provides installation support through operation and maintenance, non-appropriated fund and family housing programs.

The Division also manages water resources and environmental programs throughout the region. Other key missions areas include disaster response and military contingency engineering.

The Pacific Ocean Division (POD) area of responsibility consists of 4 districts around the Pacific:

• Honolulu District (Hawaii and U.S. territories in the Pacific)
• Alaska District
• Japan District
• Far East District (Korea)
