of career development from self-assessment, through goal setting to implementation
of a career plan and beyond. More specific focus can be given to the development
and critiquing of federal or private sector application documents. Sessions

to suit individual needs. The Career Counselor is qualified to interpret
the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Instrument, the Strong Interest
Inventory and other assessment tools to help clients with their career
exploration and career management needs. Clients may also obtain individual
help in identifying their skills, assessing skills needing further development
and preparing their draft Individualized Development Plan (IDP). Whether
the clients focus is the private, federal or non-profit sector, the career
