Wisconsin's Child Care and Development Fund Quality Infant/Toddler Earmark:

The Federal CCDF Quality Infant and Toddler Earmark is $1,459,090.
The funds are used in the following ways to enhance the Wisconsin infant and toddler child care system (additional funds may be used to support these activities):

The Federal CCDF Quality Infant and Toddler Earmark was $1,494,339.
The funds were used in the following ways to enhance the Wisconsin infant and toddler child care system (additional funds may have been used to support these activities):
- Infant Toddler Credential.
- Scholarships for credit based training, as required for the credential, available through the T.E.A.C.H. program , and increased compensation, available through the R.E.W.A.R.D. program , as contracted educational components are completed.
- Early Childhood Excellence Centers , which provide parent education services, deliver training to child care providers, and collect and share “Promising Practices” with all regulated providers across Wisconsin.
- Accreditation grants available to programs that serve low-income children under age five (5). These grants support accredited centers in implementing ideas garnered from the Excellence Centers.
