Training

Local staff, consultants, watershed groups, and other watershed managers face an ever-increasing demand for greater and faster results, requiring more staff, more technical expertise, and more money. The Center is dedicated to providing these practitioners with the skills and the tools they need to do more effective watershed work.  To this end, we provide technical training on specific watershed management topics through: 

• Institutes – Learn more about our Watershed Institutes, Stormwater Institutes, the ones we’ve held and the ones coming up.

• Training Workshops and Presentations – Find out the topics we’ve covered in past workshops and presentations, how we can organize a workshop for your organization, or even provide you with the materials to hold your own!

• and our newest outlet, Distance Learning - Learn how we've partnered with the premiere online university to increase watershed knowledge like never before.
