All U.S. Postal Service mail delivery to the Library of Congress is subject to significant delays due to ongoing security concerns and procedures on Capitol Hill. For fastest service, send payment and correspondence by any of the following ways:

1. FAX. Pay by credit card using our fax number: 202-707-1334.
2. Telephone. Pay by credit card by telephoning us at 202-707-6100 or 202-707-1291.
3. Private courier service. Send checks, money orders, or UNESCO coupons using Federal Express, DHL, UPS, etc. These deliveries are screened offsite. Your orders will reach us in 5-7 work days.
4. If you have a credit balance in your account: email (cdsinfo@loc.gov) or fax your order/renewal to us.
