With this letter, I am pleased to report completion of a commitment found in the Department of Energy's 2000-1 Implementation Plan. The following commitment is proposed for closure:

210 Resume HB-Line dissolution of SRS residues - September 2000

HB-Line dissolution operations were resumed on September 2, 2000.

We continue to closely track progress on all Recommendation 2000-1 commitments and will keep you and your staff apprised of our progress. We are in the process of preparing a letter to inform you of several milestones which have either been missed or are known to require schedule adjustments.
