Nebraska NRCS' Commitment to Conservation During Fiscal Year 2008

Nebraska NRCS employees obligated over $60 million in new conservation improvement contracts during FY08.  Nebraska NRCS has over 20 partnership agreements resulting in over 60 other agencies’ employees working in our field offices.

Nebraska NRCS Wins the Chief’s Cup National Earth Team  Award


For the past 8 years, an amazing 98 percent of NRCS Nebraska offices have used Earth Team volunteers. In each of the past 3 years, more than 2,100 volunteers have together contributed over 50,000 hours.
