Child Welfare Policy Manual

The manual can be viewed and printed by clicking on links below. It is also provided in Portable Document Format (PDF) format. PDF documents need to be viewed with the Adobe Acrobat Reader that can be downloaded for free. The Adobe Access Plug-in 4.05 enables users with visual impairments to read Adobe PDF documents in Acrobat 4.0x or Acrobat Reader 4.0x.

You can print the manual in three ways:

2. Print by section, any one of the nine main policy areas (example: 2. CAPTA)
3. Print by subsection, any one of the subdivisions (example: 2.1.B Appeals)
