I agree with Maggie’s revisions and have only one suggestion: Purpose could be streamlined further by deleting everything after the first sentence. The background sentence is not necessary to understand the work of this committee and the last sentence is mostly a repeat of the first. If this material remains in the charter, suggest revising the last sentence to read: The Task Force will redesign the current system and develop version 2 of the FACA Database.
