Enclosed is
the Office of Environment, Safety and Health Management System for Quality and
Safety Management (EH MS) that completes Commitment 10A in the Implementation
Plan for the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board Recommendation 2004-1.
The deliverable for this
commitment also calls for “approved paths forward and schedules for achieving
full implementation, including revision and implementation of field element
Quality Assurance Programs”. The EH MS contains
an Implementation Plan (IP) describing actions for full implementation. This IP will be maintained separately from
the approved EH MS.
